Privacy policy

Last updated: September 25, 2026

This policy covers bridgeharbor.io, the Bridge Harbor website. It explains what we collect when you visit the site or contact us, and what we do with it. Use of the site and the Bridge Harbor platform is covered by our terms and conditions.

What we collect

When you contact us. The contact form opens your own email app with your answers filled in: your name, firm or desk name, work email, phone number, what you move, your monthly volume and anything you tell us about your desk. We only receive this if you send the email. The same applies to anything you send to hello@bridgeharbor.io.

When you visit the site. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to run and secure the site.

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or marketing cookies on this site.

Services we use

  • Vercel hosts the site and keeps its server logs.
  • Google Fonts serves the site's typeface, so your browser requests font files from Google, which receives your IP address.
  • Our email provider receives the messages you send us.

We do not sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.

How we use it

To reply to you, work out whether Bridge Harbor fits your desk, arrange a session, and keep the site running and secure. If you get in touch, we may email you about Bridge Harbor and onboarding.

How long we keep it

We keep your emails for as long as we need them to respond to you and, if you become a customer, for as long as we work together. Ask us and we will delete them unless the law requires us to keep them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop emailing you, at any time. Email hello@bridgeharbor.io.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top.
