Founding desks don’t file feature requests into the void. Their friction goes straight to the people building the product, and the cohort’s needs set the order of what ships.
Seats Are Limited by Design
A small cohort is slower to grow and faster to serve. Every founding desk gets white-glove onboarding, open deals become first records, and the desk is live before the pull of the old spreadsheet can drag it back.
